This modification adds foot-switch control to the Rhythm Clip effect on the Marshall Silver Jubilee Re-Issue (2203x). The inside of the head is immaculately laid out and I didn’t want to have to solder directly to the Marshall PCBs. I therefore designed an additional PCB (light green colour), from which all connections are made by flying leads to the existing connectors. The mod rectifies the +/- 9.6V AC and inserts a relay into the Rhythm Clip circuit, which can be energised from the front panel switch or a foot-switch connected to a new socket on the back panel. An additional green LED on the front panel shows if the effect is on or off.
